Join Host and cowpoke Gérald P Hobbs (Alton Brown) and his sidekick Rusty as they rustle of a bowl, good integrity of red. Also this way they think about mythology Chili, Chili powder grinding their own (that’s Chili with “i”), and do some serious work under pressure. I’m in the UK and it was a mission getting hold of the ingredients but I made this chili yesterday and it was 100% worth it, best tasting chili ever! Had it on rice topped with cheddar, onion and sour cream! PERFECT!

Hahahah, I love how good eats can manage to slip a little adult humor into these episodes, but still keep them educational and family friendly.

don’t knock chili contests.
My gramp’s recipe won ‘Best of the West’ at the church chili contest for 5 years in a row.

Alton Brown raped me on a pinball machine when he was dressed up as a redneck.

Alton Brown’s various characters are amusing, but I like it better when he’s just himself. He is definitely my culinary hero.
And a huge thank you to LikeTheHat…thanks to your generous posting of Good Eats episodes, I am learning how to cook. I’ve learned pretty much everything I know from watching Good Eats on YouTube.
