slow cooker chicken recipe with carrots?

I lost a recipe that I only used once. It was for the slow cooker and had chicken, lots of carrots, and cream soup. It might have had onion soup mix. It was so good but I can’t find it anywhere. I would appreciate any help.

This sounds like what you had long ago, but this recipe is not for the slow cooker, unless you use fresh chicken and then, this would be perfect! I hope this helps you out today!

Hearty Chicken Vegetable Soup II

INGREDIENTS
1 (10 ounce) package frozen diced carrots
9 ounces frozen green beans
1/4 cup water
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk
1 cup cubed, cooked chicken meat
1/3 cup chopped green onions

DIRECTIONS
Combine carrots, beans, and water in saucepan. Cook over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes.
Mix in cream of chicken soup, milk and chicken. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, or until heated through. Garnish individual servings with green onions.

this is the closest that i could find (the ingredients doesnt call for carrots, but in the directions is says to add the vegetables, so im sure you could just add as many carrots as you would like!)

NO PEEK CHICKEN POT

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups Instant rice uncooked
1 package Dry onion soup mix
16 ounce Chicken breast skinned & boneless
2 cups water
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container combine chicken soup, dry onion soup mix, water, and uncooked rice. Stir in chicken, vegetables, and black pepper. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Gently stir just before serving.

CROCK POT CHICKEN SOUP

2 chopped onions
2 to 3 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
3 tbsp. parsley
1 (2 1/2 lb.) fryer
4 c. water

Place all ingredients in crock pot in order listed. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours (high 4 to 6 hours). One hour before serving, remove chicken and cool slightly. Remove meat from bones and return meat to crock pot. Serve with rice or noodles
