1 / 2 3 / 4 cup crushed corn chips
2 cups lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
When the blender, combine soup, sour cream, cottage cheese and cream cheese, cover and process until smooth. Bring a large mixing bowl. Mix chicken, rice, cheese, peppers, olives and garlic salt. Spray baking pan nonstick cooking spray two quarters. Transfer the mixture from the pot. Bake covered for 25-30 minutes, or until the cake at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and just before serving, sprinkle the top with corn, lettuce and tomatoes, in that order.
Yield 6-8 doses.

Cook rice mix as directed on package. Transfer to a buttered baking dish 2-Quart. Top with chicken and ham. In a bowl, combine soup, milk, cheese and pepper, pour over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbles.

Directions: You will need two shallow dishes. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, butter, garlic, pepper and salt. Mix well. Put the breadcrumbs in other dishes. Instructions: In a saucepan, heat the cornstarch, soy sauce, water, sugar, garlic, vinegar, ginger and pepper. Boil the mild heat, but stir often until sauce thickens. Arrange the chicken legs are greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan and brush each piece with the sauce. Turn them and brush the other side. Bake 425 degrees for about half an hour. Flip the thighs and cook for another half hour, or until done. Try to baste chicken with sauce about every 10-15 minutes to cook.
Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients: 2 (9-in pie) crusts1 pound raw chicken breast half, cubed2 / 3 cup milk1 3 / 4 cups chicken broth1 / 3 cup sliced carrots1 flour1 cup ice cream cup peas1 / 3 cup chopped onion1 / 2 cup sliced celery1 / 3 cup butter1 / 4 teaspoon celery seed1 / 2 teaspoon salt1 / 4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions: In medium saucepan, add the chicken, peas, carrots and celery and fill with water until all ingredients are submerged. Cover and cook about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and drain and transfer to a bowl. Set aside. When the sauce pan, cook onion in butter until they are transparent. Add flour, celery seeds, pepper and salt. Mix the chicken broth and milk slowly. Simmer mixture of medium-low heat until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and set aside. Place the chicken and vegetables on the bottom pie crust. Pour the liquid mixture of flour, chicken broth and chicken and cover with pastry others. Pinch the edges together to seal the pie crust. Cut the excess dough necessary. Make a few small cracks on top and bake for about half an hour at 425 degrees F (or until the crust becomes a nice golden brown. Cool a few minutes before serving.
