- ½ cup finely crushed herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian-style seasoning
- 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 6 pieces skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a shallow dish, combine the stuffing mix, Parmesan cheese, parsley, curry powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to evenly blend the flavors.
In an 8x11 inch baking dish, melt the butter in the microwave, spreading it evenly across the bottom of the dish.
Dip each chicken breast into the stuffing mixture, coating both sides thoroughly. Press gently to ensure the coating adheres to the chicken.
Arrange the coated chicken in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle any remaining stuffing mixture over the chicken.
Bake for 20 minutes, then carefully flip the chicken breasts over and bake for another 20-25 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F and the crust is golden and crispy.
