Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup finely crushed herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian-style seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 6 pieces skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a shallow dish, combine the stuffing mix, Parmesan cheese, parsley, curry powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to evenly blend the flavors.
  • In an 8x11 inch baking dish, melt the butter in the microwave, spreading it evenly across the bottom of the dish.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the stuffing mixture, coating both sides thoroughly. Press gently to ensure the coating adheres to the chicken.
  • Arrange the coated chicken in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle any remaining stuffing mixture over the chicken.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then carefully flip the chicken breasts over and bake for another 20-25 minutes. You’ll know it’s ready when the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F and the crust is golden and crispy.
