Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 2-3 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • Optional dippables Fritos scoops, tortilla chips, crackers, toasted baguette slices, pita chips, soft pretzels, celery sticks, or carrot sticks

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish and set it aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until evenly combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top, along with blue cheese crumbles if using.
  • Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly with a golden-brown top.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve immediately with your choice of dippables for the ultimate snacking experience!

Notes

Prep ahead: Mix everything in advance, cover, and refrigerate. When you’re ready to serve, bake it fresh for that just-made flavor. To avoid an oily dip, ensure all ingredients are combined evenly. Not a fan of blue cheese? Skip it, or try adding sliced green onions for a fresh finish. You can freeze unbaked dip for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge and bake as directed.
