Ingredients

  • 1 Cooking spray
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 3 cups frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1 cup Kraft Shredded Three Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia

Instructions

  • Grease a large skillet with cooking spray and preheat it over medium-high heat.
  • Place the chicken chunks into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned on the outside. The chicken won’t be fully cooked yet—that’s okay.
  • Add the broccoli, condensed soup, and water to the skillet. Stir everything together until combined.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, and then reduce the heat to low.
  • Stir in the rice, ensuring it is evenly distributed throughout the skillet.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  • Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes on low heat. The cheese should be melted, the rice tender, and the broccoli heated through.

Notes

You can substitute frozen broccoli with your family's favorite frozen vegetable.
