Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup finely crushed herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian-style seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 6 pieces skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). While the oven heats, prep your coating by combining the stuffing mix, Parmesan cheese, parsley, curry powder, and Italian seasoning in a shallow dish.
  • Melt the butter in an 8x11-inch baking dish by microwaving it briefly. Swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the stuffing mixture, ensuring all sides are well coated. Press lightly to adhere the crust.
  • Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle any remaining stuffing mixture over the top for extra crunch.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then carefully flip the chicken pieces over using tongs. Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the crust is golden brown.
