Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (6 ounce) box stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker, ensuring they’re spread out evenly.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the chicken to keep it moist and add flavor as it cooks.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, stuffing mix, and water. Stir until the stuffing mix is moistened but not overly wet.
  • Spoon the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken, making sure it covers the chicken completely.
  • Set the slow cooker to Low and cook for 7 hours. The chicken should be tender and fully cooked, while the stuffing will be moist and flavorful.
  • Once done, serve hot and enjoy with your favorite vegetables or a side salad.
